Send your list as an email attachment to email@example.com or bring an electronic copy to Cooper Publications Building, Room 40. Microsoft Excel format is preferred. Set up your database so that all data for each record is contained in the same row. To see how it should be done, download a sample Excel file of an off-campus list.
If you have multiple lists, save them as separate files. We can merge mailing lists and remove duplicate names upon request.
Be sure to save on-campus mailing lists separately from external lists. On-campus lists should have the recipient’s name and a plus-4 zip. The department name is optional. For reference, download a sample Excel file of an on-campus list.
